Terms and Conditions

1.       BCT South Florida cannot, and does not, check any submission for spelling, grammar, or any other errors. The design will be printed as is. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly. If an exact layout is required, please submit, in PDF format, a finished artwork example.

2.       *BCT South Florida print production is based on receiving your order or files by a cutoff time of 4:00 pm EST. All file submissions and orders received after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day. Allow additional time for delivery and shipping.

3.       All full color UV business cards and Template Designer orders are ineligible for cancellation. A cancellation fee of $20.00 or more may apply to all other products depending upon the stage of completion.

4.       BCT South Florida assumes no liability whatsoever to customers for any lost business or other damages, real or constructive. Buyer assumes full risk of possible delivery delays.

5.       BCT South Florida does not censor or refuse any material, but neither does it review material to make sure it is in compliance with the law. BCT South Florida accepts no liability for materials that are subject to copyright or trademark protections or that are otherwise in violation of the law. BCT South Florida will not be held accountable for possession of illegal materials or illegal use of materials in connection with www.bctsouthflorida.com. Violation of these terms of service will indemnify BCT South Florida against any legal action.
